In this episode of Mental Health Verses, I’m joined by mental health advocate from Cracow, Poland Michal Terpilowski.

Michal and I discuss how Bipolar Disorder has affected his life, including how he’s managing now with the condition. Michal states that he “connects people and wants to continue to pursue mental health advocacy.
