In this episode of Mental Health Verses, I’m joined by Ben Snyder, who is a Counselor I – Supportive Housing Specialist for Transitional Services Incorporated (TSI) in Buffalo, NY.

Ben shares his story of triumph over several life challenges, including living with anxiety and co-occurring addiction disorder. In his work at TSI he uses this lived experience to help the clients with whom he works. Ben also talks about his coping tools that enable him to live a full life, including music, playing basketball, watching sports and listening to stand-up comedy.
