In this episode of Mental Health Verses, I’m joined health advocate, Ryan Seeley.

Ryan has lived as a hemophiliac his entire life and has defied the odds of what, at one time, was impossible. He also lives with other autoimmune conditions and has a history of living with depression and anxiety. Despite these challenges, Ryan has become a patient leader who now has connections with fellow hemophiliacs across the world.

The songs Ryan discusses on this episode that support his mental health are:

Fleetwood Mac – Don’t Stop

Amarante – Don’t Look Back

Shawn Mendes – In My Blood
